Brand new PC, No display + 2 bleep sounds on startup

Ive recently received a brand-new PC and as I have gone to setup windows, there is no display to the monitor aswell as hearing 2 bleeps on startup. Anyone able to assist?

Hi, making inferences without system knowledge is challenging.

Also, beep codes are long and short, can you confirm the beep sequence?

You’ve connected the monitor to the GPU connection and not the one on the motherboard?

Have you checked that all cables are fully seated, same for RAM and GPU?

Yep, hdmi cable from the gpu to the monitor. All cables are fully seated aswell

Not sure if its worth mentioning, during production there were issues in testing there but not sure if its related to this
