Brand new pc , crashes and restart while playing game

Hi!

I just received my pc installed the game I want to play with....and its crashes the pc and also so random restarts. On my previous pc I have never experienced this while playing the same game.
When it goes off it looks like this....yesterday it loaded the windows too looking like the picture attached.

My spec is :

I'm thinking to send it back as for me looks totally faulty...
Help pls

After restart windows load up like this....

Faulty GPU.

Raise a ticket with PCS. They'll exchange it for sure.

Yup, I think so. There's nothing you can do and not their fault either, just a V small proportion of those cards are faulty.
