Brand new desktop won't start, beeps continuously

Desktop arrived today and when powered on, fans spin up and after about 15-20 seconds, it just beeps every second or so continuously, nothing displaying on any monitor I plug in. I've tried reseating the ram, don't know enough to dare trying with the graphics card. Looking through the forum briefly, I don't even see any other situations like mine, but continuous beeping feels like a pretty bad sign. Do I just send it straight back? Specs below

I believe that specific motherboard uses an AMI BIOS (though i don't know for sure) but that BIOS doesn't have a continuous beep code. The longest codes for that BIOS are 10 and 11 beeps which would be indicative of a motherboard issue. I don't really have the knoweldge to give advice so I will leave that to others. For reference, here is a list of beep codes for AMI and AWARD BIOS:

Downloaded the manual from gigabyte and it does say it's running AMI, but I rechecked and it definitely goes well past 11 beeps. There's also a solid red light on (or maybe right next to, but I think on) the ssd. All feels pretty terminal

To be honest, I'd return this build within 14 day cool off period for a full refund and get a different build, current issues aside. The spec is very dated, and while I appreciate you might be on a tight budget, there are better options available for similar price for what I expect you paid for this.
