Bluetooth not working error code 43

Hi - Having a problem with the WiFi/BT card. The WiFi is working fine. But the Bluetooth isn't working. It is all on the same card, so would have thought it would all be working or not at all.

According to the device manager I am getting Error code 43. Image attached and spec below.

Ideas welcome.

Have you tried re-starting it regardless of the problems? There can sometimes be issues with things like this during initial setup, with conflicting drivers etc. Normally once everything is installed correctly it can rectify itself.

A simple check would be to get the correct drivers for both the Wifi & the Bluetooth from the Intel website. That way you know you are working with the latest, and correct, driverset for the hardware.

Downloading Intel's automatic driver detector identified that two drivers were out of date. Both the WiFi and the BT needed updating.
Now works perfectly.

Have you setup windows? You need to go through and apply all windows updates before the pc is ready to use.

Thanks Spydertracks. Yes, I had updated Windows 10 until there were no more updates left to give me. I suspect that one of the Windows 10 updates then needed the Intel driver to be updated.
