Hi guys, just an update.....

I reinstalled windows 10 to see if this would improve my blue screen but its still crashing I'm going to leave the crash report here with a link if you could please help me that'd be great. I hate the fact I've paid so much money for this computer just to talk on forum and email!

I cant even get an hours worth of gaming in!

Did you manage to uninstall the headset driver?

It will be under human interface devices. Right click and click Uninstall Device.

As you have reinstalled Windows 10 its probably having a quick look at how you installed and configured the OS so we can be sure it's correct.

Can you tell me step by step how you installed the OS and configured the system?

Is this the driver here...?
No like I said it would be under Human Interface Devices.

This is not the correct way to do it.

You need to download the Windows 10 media creation tool found here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

You then need to create an installation USB and perform a clean installation of Windows as detailed here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...stall-of/aef0ae63-2117-41ee-a8ea-4a3181625b08

(Note: When you get to the stage where you select the partition, make sure you delete all partitions so that you are starting fresh).

Once you have installed Windows run Windows update continuously until there are no more updates to install (Note: Make sure you also install optional updates).

Once all updates are installed install the drivers from your PCS account.

Just additionally, don't install any drivers from your PCS account as they will be out of date. Windows should find all relevant drivers for a PC. It's only management drivers on laptops where it wouldn't and some drivers on TongFang chassis where you would need to find the left over drivers from PCS account.

But for PC's it would always be supplied by windows update. If on the very odd occasion one isn't found, then you'd use the relevant download from the manufacturers website.

I see that you have both Realtek and NVidia audio drivers installed. This has caused problems in the past. Once you have fully installed Windows, it may be worth a custom install of the GPU driver, ensuring that you don’t install the audio component.
