What PC is it, do you have a link to the page you bought it from?

Can you take a screenshot of your windows update page?

We need to know the specs otherwise there's not a lot we can do I'm afraid. I'd suggest registering it with PCS which will activate your warranty and give you an online account with your specs.
Does this help at all

There are also some things that people are inevitably going to ask for when you're talking about BSODs.

You'll need to look in C:/Windows for a file called MEMORY.DMP - This is a memory dump from when the crash happened and helps people on this forum to identify where the issues are. You can't upload the file directly to the forum, so if you have cloud storage (like Google drive for example) you can host it there and post the link here.

Secondly, if you open up Windows Event Viewer (Type event viewer into the windows search bar). Click on "Custom Views" and click on "Administrative Events", this will detail all the OS events that were occurring in your system. You can then export the custom view using the actions pane on the right hand side. Export this as an XML file and do the same - host it on the cloud and make the link available here.

Next question - do you have any idea of temperatures in your machine when the crash happened? Are you able to easily replicate the crash and under what conditions? Is it some games or all games? Is it only games or is it whenever the computer experiences any load? We're going to need plenty of details if we're to help, but I've been through a number of issues and this forum has come through for me every time, so have faith and be ready to try out a few different things :)

P.S - I don't know SQUAT about my hardware either, so don't worry, the brainiacs here can talk you through.

Might as well just tell us temperatures your CPU & GPU are reaching.

You'll need to open File Explorer as an administrator if you want to do anything with it, as it's a file that's written with admin permissions. The MEMORY.DMP file is quite an important one for us as it tells us what was happening in the machine at the time of the BSOD :)

Also you'll need to create shareable google drive link that gives anyone with access the ability to download your event viewer files, otherwise I can't get access to it :)

My apologies on the event viewer stuff - I gave you the wrong instructions (I'm still in training!)

Could you rather "Save All Events in Custom View As..." and save them as a CSV file please? My apologies.

What headset are you using? The driver will be loading weather it's plugged in or not, you'd need to uninstall the driver or update it to a stable one.
