Black screen when turned on (no loading screen or anything)

As the title states, when I turn on my PC my monitor comes on but the screen is black, Or it will go to the loading screen for a few minutes then revert back to the black screen and may occasionally say "preparing automatic repair". so far I've resat the GPU and changed the CMOS/CR2032 battery. First time I resat the GPU the screen came back on and was fine for a few days then reverted back to the usual black screen. Any insight as to what's going on? (I have looked online and seen that it can be the CPU etc)

So have you done the RMA and upgrades mentioned in your recent thread? You have to understand, as it is now, that system will never work properly, it’s physically unable to

Im trying to understand the main issue, you seem to care enough to reply to both threads so atleast clarify your speculations and solutions whilst linking it back to the issue im facing mate

We already have though, it's all clearly outlined in your previous thread, raise an RMA as you need to have the CPU replaced as it's melted because of insufficient cooling, and then get the parts we've specified upgraded.

I'm not sure what about that you don't understand, you need to be clear what doesn't make sense?

*They've specified upgrading. All you did last thread was "bet" it was a CPU issue and remind me of my warranty whilst being a patronising Dh lol

I've said "seen that it can be the CPU" so im aware its likely messed dont worry i didnt forget the last thread, the insight I'm asking for is just to double check whether the main issue does or doesn't involve other parts of the system.

So I’ll try to go through it again.

Because your cooling and case primarily isn’t suitable for the build, and because of the inherent issues with 14th and 13th gen cpus, your cpu has degraded at a silicon level, it’s literally melted at the core.

There is no fix for that, you need to get it replaced.

Then once you’ve got it replaced, if you want the PC to actually work you’d need to replace the case (because it doesn’t support the required coolers), PSU and cooler. That’s just so it will not melt going forwards. We can happily advise on models once you’ve got the RMA done.

Is there anything that doesn’t make sense?

You may also have a gpu issue as well, but the symptoms of degraded raptor lake are graphics issues, and because the cooler is nowhere near suitable for that GPU, degredation would have been at a hugely accelerated rate even for that cpu.

But the RMA would find if it was a GPU issue anyway, so it doesn’t change the first thing that needs to be done which is the RMA

And I’m just gonna post this, maybe you missed the worldwide news this year, I didn’t consider that

Believe it or not my friend, not everyone sits around checking for PC news all day, but atleast you eventually (and long windedly) clarified so kudos

It's not only PC news, that's the point, it's been on every news channel around the world because it's affecting all companies, airports, NHS, you name it, loads of people are affected. BBC, ITV, any channel has been on about it since January.
