Black screen after using EZ tuner

Hiya,
I’ve had my PC for a couple months now, really enjoying it. Upgraded from an old pretty dead PC so massive performance boost, anyway yesterday it got stuck in a loop of bios booting after warzone crashed and I had to restart the PC I noticed an Ez tuner, today being the greedy gamer that I am. I decided that I would try the tuner out.. 137% boost??? Yeah baby... nope. anyway it’s completely crashed computer and now it’s just stuck in a black screen, could you please help.

Could you do us a favour a paste the entire specification of your system over? You’ll find it on your main PCS website account under ‘your orders’.

Ah thank you so much, I was mooching on user benchmark and it said most of my stuff was really under utilised so I thought I’d give that a try, well that will teach me

You can try the "safe boot button" which is a button on the board in page 1-10 of the manual, shows you where it's located on the board:

That should get you into the BIOS and then you'll want to remove the overclock back to defaults, there should be a setting within EZTuner to put it to standard.

If that still doesn't boot, then try the ReTry button that's on the same page and try the same.

You don't want to overclock Ryzen, in most cases it actually decreases performance because Ryzen has a very effective auto overclock feature.

If you're having performance issues, I'd firstly suggest NOT using userbenchmark, it's literally nothing more than malware and shouldn't be used ever by anyone ever ever lols.... I'm not a fan, wish they'd bite the dust. They're responsible for an awful lot of misinformation on the internet, all it is is they paid through the nose to get the top spot on search results so everyone thinks they're a reputable site, but they're anything but.

What do you use the PC for, and where is it underperforming?

Don’t worry I will be leaving well alone.. I use it for gaming an editing, its a beast when I edit but for me it seems to underperform in the gaming side.. when I play warzone or Apex legends I get similar results to my old computer minus the bugs, I thought I’d get a lot more FPS with the old computer being really old

You should be getting pretty stellar results from those specs, what monitor are you gaming on?

Well I thought this but I only get maybe 100 FPS on warzone and apex legends jjst about get to 180 FPS, I’m on a Omen X25 240hz monitor. However the reason I started to fiddle was due to error 6068 on warzone whenever I try to load into a game and its still doing it.. I found a clear CMOS option on the back of the PC that was what work eventually

Oh dear.... 1080p panel with a 3090???? Never going to be particularly good, it's not designed for 1080p and scales really badly at lower resolutions.

You'll be completely CPU bound at 1080p.

You really need a Superwide or 4k with that card.

I wanted it for the FPS increase more than the visual increase. I can get a 4k but will it make a difference and they don’t come in 240hz do they?

If you want 240hz then you’ll want a superwide. Or at the very least a 1440p 240hz panel.

Why do you want 240hz so much? About 1% of humans can appreciate a change above around 120hz

The 240hz was just for the refresh rate. I notice a difference when I switch from a 240hz to a 120hz which was the cause for me to make the original purchase. However I will happily try other suggestions if yoh. Think I will have a better experience

A superwide or 4k 144Hz would give a far better gaming experience.

If you're playing games like battlefield, then a 4k 144Hz would be better but you're looking at a minimum of around £800 for an entry level cheap monitor.
