Clearly what happened was that you were too aggressive with your undervolting. You need to be patient with this kind of thing and proceed slowly and in small steps.

and you really need to know what you are doing, why you want to do it and read up and seek advice on if others have done it first and what benefit have they got from doing so.

Just a word to the wise. In the future I would recommend undervolting through ThrottleStop. That way you remove any risk of bricking your laptop.

*Edit* - As long as you don't accidentally over-volt.
