I used revo uninstaller
That should be good enough.

I think we need @ubuysa if he has the time

Could you go over this and upload the requested files to cloud storage, make it public and post a link, go to the last comment as it's updated

Have you tried deleting that AMD folder before you try reinstalling?
That worked and got me to the actual install but then this pops up
error log attached also

No, that's a windows reset, you'd need to do a full clean install.
Clean Install appears to have solved all my problems although I haven't tried BMW yet ! What's happened here then is this something I have done that's led to this ? I Literally play games on steam and update windows as and when updates are available

It's hard to determine.

Be honest here because it greatly affects your windows health, Revo is a licensed product, do you have an official copy or is it cracked? Do you use any cracked software?

Would you not recommend downloading this again ?

It's not really required, there are only a few apps where Revo would be beneficial, but those apps (so long as they're legit) will have dedicated uninstallers if windows uninstall doesn't work properly.

But I was strictly trying to establish if you're using any cracked software as that WILL unquestionably compromise your system, and the fact the AMD Chipset was extracting to the Admin user profile was extremely concerning and suggests your administrator user profile may have been compromised, leading me to suspect dodgy software. That just can't happen unless there's some kind of Trojan that's compromised account security.

Cracked software invariably embeds viruses into keygens or the actual installer package.

If you aren't then I'd question the source you're using for installations, just be certain you're getting stuff from legitimate sources.

There are no workarounds to paying for stuff if you value security and privacy. You'll actually find you pay far less in stress and compromised personal information doing things legitimately.

Other than revo the only other software was what was pre installed by PC specialists, As you've probably gathered my PC tech level is basic so on that basis I don't really touch or download anything I don't understand............except revo

Then be aware that just landing on a compromised web page can trigger an automatic download of nefarious viruses. The web has become increasingly challenging to defend against if you're on a dodgy page, the only way to avoid it is make sure you only visit reputable sites, but you have to learn what is reputable as you go.

This is all stuff you'll learn as you go, unfortunately, mistakes have to be made for us to learn, it's the way of things, it's impossible to get it perfect from the off.

Basic rule of thumb is:

Only ever download software from the source creators website, never use a hosting site. Well known repositories like CNET, FileHippo, Softonic are riddled with viruses.

Be very careful of sites that offer things "free" like ****, games, movies, sports, these are riddled with malware

Don't mean to put the fear of god into you, it's all learning, but the risks these days are far worse than when I was starting out and it's no longer someone getting the password to your email or iTunes, it's now people stealing your whole identity.
