Think we have had a few of these in the past to highlight offers and anything that people are after.

I'm looking for a 2TB M2 drive for my PS5. Hoping for the WD SN850X, so just keeping an eye on pricing.

Anyone else looking to burn some money? 😬

I have nothing I need, but will be on the prowl, another Gen 4 NVME wouldn't go amiss.

I'm not looking, as I'm saving up for a skiing holiday to Japan or New Zealand - don't see to see any Black Friday offers on those ;)

Being in the process of changing cars, no real spare cash at the minute

I'm now on a budget: I just burnt 1,300€ on a guitar and an amplifier, and I'll soon need to buy a new kitchen and a new bedroom...

My old Poco F3 was dying, battery lasted just a few hours at a time so I opted for the Pixel 8 pro. Google kindly knocked £400 off and have it on sale for £500. I know the processor isn't the best, but the camera is decent and I've a Steamdeck for gaming on the go so it should be fine for my needs. I just wanted a stock android experience with a decent screen size and couldn't justify the Pixel 9 pro XL prices.

Corsair currently have some crazy savings on their coolers.

£160 off the H170i. Currently £159.99

Thank 'deity or other non-denominational fictional entity' that my case doesn't support a 420mm radiator on the top, bottom or side!

A kind of good offer on a decent Gen 4 NVME, although I expect prices to reduce further

This is the SKHynix P41 Platinum 2Tb down to £128

It's a decent drive at 7000mbs Read and 6500mbs Write, endurance of 1200TBW (Terrabytes Written) which is pretty impressive.

Doesn't come with a heatsink, but most boards will have one.

There's also a deal on the Crucial (Micron) P310 2TB for £117 from Amazon.

Doesn't have the endurance of the P41 Platinum above though (only 440TBW) I guess due to being QLC vs TLC, but similar MTBF of 1.5m hours.

Managed to get the SN850X for £119. Sneaky as when I clicked on the product itself it was up at £137, I had to click the "Buy now" from a different page to get it for that price.

It's the internet...everything is sneaky in one way or another ;)

I'm looking at upgrading my old faithful 1060 6gb GTX to a 3060 (error when I said 3050) 12gb RTX for £230 on Amazon.

Far as I can tell via all the checks I did including PC part picker, everything I got from my PCS build in 2017 (Ryzen 5 2600 + Asus Prime B350M-A) will be able to handle it. I was concerned by having a 550w PSU but I should come in with room to spare it seems.

My last concern is my PCS case which is a PCS 6003B BLACK CASE - will it fit the card - I think so but not 100% sure.

Well, it was a poor GPU when it was new, and I don’t think it has got better with age.

A RTX4060 or RX7600 are a little more expensive but are about 70% faster in pure rasterisation…and RT features are pointless on these low level cards.

Gigabyte RTX4060 @ £246 (2-fan, 240mm long)

Gigabyte RX7600 @ £218 (3-fan, 280mm long)

Sapphire RX7600 @ £230 (2-fan, 240mm long)

As long as the GPU is a twin fan model, it should fit in the case, and 550w will be just about okay for either.

Then the RTX4060 will still be about 20% faster on average for a few £ more, and that’s before you consider the 4060 supports frame generation and is more efficient (in FPS per watt and FPS per £).

So I just picked up a 2 Tb Crucial T500 NVME Gen 4 M2, up to 7400mbs RW off Amazon

It was down to under £100 when I ordered yesterday, I've just gone to check to post a link but it's straight back up to £135

But it's a fantastic drive, as all the Crucials are, I'd keep an eye on it if you're looking out for an NVME as I suspect it may reduce again over the coming week. It does have an optional heatsink and a good one too.

For any audio fans, this is the deal of the century.

This is the Hifiman Edition XS headphone, it's a Planar Magnetic which means rather than a cone driver forced by the magnets, it's a wafer thin film with metal traces that is manipulated by the magnets, as such it's far lower mass to move the diagram and so response and decay is lightening fast.

Planars are generally considered far superior in the audio world, but usually come at quite a premium because they’re hard to get right and expensive to make

These are open backed, so not for out and about (as they let out a lot of sound), more for at home listening if you're in a flat or somewhere you need to keep the noise down but still rock out.

These previously retailed for £500, yes, I'm not joking and even then they were a steal.... they've just been reduced to £270 including a travel case and premium shipping. And this isn't just on amazon, it's across the board, although not sure if they include the travel case.

I have the smaller brother of these, the Sundara which are just incredible on their own, these surpass them easily

This was Josh's initial review just two years ago when the XS was released
