is it possible when ordering a laptop to have it with the bios fuly unlocked ?

I doubt it but you'll need to call PCS to confirm that.

It depends what you mean by unlocked?

I don't think the BIOSes are password locked in the way that some from certain major brands might be.

The features available in each BIOS will be different. For instance the Octanes' CPUs can be overclocked, undervolted, etc, which I assume can be done via the BIOS (as well as software?). I doubt the Lafite's BIOS options will be as expansive, for obvious reasons.

No, it would be a locked bios.

For a totally unlocked bios you'd have to install a modded one which would invalidate your warranty.
BTW, this is standard with any latpop supplier.
