Battery issue?

Hello guys, i have just realized that when i closed the lid on the laptop it goes in SLEEP mode. That's how it has to be. But does it has to drain my battery while sleeping?

Sleep is still on, it’s just in a low power suspended state. But yes, it will drain battery.

You can set it to hibernate which will actually turn it off.

Or you can set it to stay on when you close the lid, or shutdown entirely.

It’s all fully configurable in power settings.

Yeah, I have checked the settings. I didn’t notice that on my other laptop. Anyway, thanks for your reply.
