I know the title of my thread already says it but as an autistic adult, I'm forever worrying about these sorts of things.

If the Pallit is available and already been "gathered up" for my pc then I'm ok with that. But what I don't want is an email from them advising me that I'll have to wait for my pc because they don't have the stock when tbh, I initially selected the Zotac then I'm hoping they can switch because I know far too little to know if it's really worth it. They're both the 5080 and my most recent setup was a steam deck so I think the 5080 should be just a little upgrade, lol

Log into your account, go to the order and see if it will let you switch it. If it does, then you will get a credit note and be refunded the difference. You can make changes to your order up until they start building it...when I ordered my current PC, I made about 8 changes to it between ordering and build, including 3 in 1 day

Ah, never mind then. In that case, I'd try ringing them in the morning. As to the credit note, sorry, I was probably confusing you there....it gets refunded to your card but, in your order history, it will show as a credit note
