I believe the working days are Monday to Friday, so only counting these from 13th Nov would give around the 90 day figure. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Oh, yeah, all counts are in working days so doesn't include bank holiday or weekends.

42 days here...will it be wise to upgrade from rog strix 3080 to the 3090 or should I just wait? My build is with the i9 intel one so, the only stopper I can see is the GPU I guess and I hope so...

if you have the funds, you will probably have a lower wait too as i don't think they are in as high of a demand.
