is for mainly work around word, excel, email, some photo light touch up (rare).
considering what you are planning to use it for I wouldn't go with the spec you posted. An i5 will do the job.

We love you Ukraine
Agree with A314159, what you've got at the moment is totally over the top... can reduce many components...

Case
COOLERMASTER SILENCIO 550 QUIET MID TOWER CASE
Processor (CPU)
Intel® Core™i7 Quad Core Processor i7-4820K (3.7GHz) 10MB Cache Complete overkill. The i7 4770 will be ample (not the k version), even i5 would be more suitable
Motherboard
ASUS® X79 DELUXE: INTEL® SOCKET LG2011, WIFI If you go with a processor above you'll want a socket 1150 board. The 2011's are performance cpu's meant for extreme overclocking, not necessary for your use.
Memory (RAM)
16GB KINGSTON HYPER-X BEAST DUAL-DDR3 2133MHz X.M.P (2 x 8GB) (8Gb will be ample)

1st Hard Disk
500GB Samsung 840 EVO SSD, SATA 6Gb/s (upto 540MB/sR | 520MB/sW) (Used for OS so 250Gb will be ample)
2nd Hard Disk
1TB WD CAVIAR BLACK WD1003FZEX, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64MB CACHE (7200rpm)
1st DVD/BLU-RAY Drive
24x DUAL LAYER DVD WRITER ±R/±RW/RAM
Power Supply
CORSAIR 650W RM SERIES™ MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD, ULTRA QUIET (You'll be fine with 500W)
Processor Cooling
Super Quiet 22dBA Triple Copper Heatpipe Intel CPU Cooler
Thermal Paste
STANDARD THERMAL PASTE FOR SUFFICIENT COOLING (always worth getting the better paste)
Sound Card
ONBOARD 8 CHANNEL (7.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)
Wireless/Wired Networking
10/100/1000 GIGABIT LAN PORT - AS STANDARD ON ALL PCs

csol, I've merged all 4 of your threads together since they all seem to be about the same spec.
For future reference it's better if you can keep to one thread when talking about the same machine, it means people don't end up asking the same questions or suggesting the same things multiple times.
