What’s your budget?
What are you using the PC for?
Can you post the full build with the config link?

I can already see some areas that could be optimised from what you’ve posted above.

PC's are at testing stage and nearly ready for delivery. Both are predominantly going to be used for gaming (2 gigabyte gaming oc cards 8gb/10gb, 1 a 3070ti and a 3080). Really appreciate your help MrWilson! Any advice is always useful for the future. Heres the full spec but it's quite bare as I'm migrating a few components from old PC. Thanks.

What make and model monitor is it pairing with?
You are gonna love this!
I use VSYNC 60hz and 2 seperate screens but never at the same time. My monitor is this...

And I use a LG 4k HDR etc 40" TV. Can't remember the model.
At the moment I'm using an old aurora r4 alx (i7 3960x 32gb ddr3 1600mhz) that I bought years ago really cheap from ebay 2nd 3rd hand? I did have a nvidia gtx1080ti in it and it really did serve me well! The rtx3080 is in it now (a match made in heaven😁) but it can play SOTTR in 4k almost maxed (VSYNC ON😃). Shame it's made by Dell and would be very difficult upgrade due to its Dellianware build ethos.
This is a great forum that seems REALLY well moderated and is full of experienced info!
Thanks for time and effort!
I look forward to receiving the award for Monitor Bottleneck Master😉😁

Are you adding additional storage to the PC? Single 512GB is very small.
Sorry, I should have said that the builds are as bare bones as I could manage as I have drives from my old PC. Hence buying the 8gb of 'you will never use that EVER' memory. The 512gb will probably get used as a drive for my less favourite games🤔

That makes more sense, thanks.

I would definitely up the cooler to an H115i but you'll need a far better case to acccomodate it, which you would need anyway for this calibre of build.

I would also up the warranty to silver for £5er

If they're in testing it's a little late to be offering advice unfortunately. I definitely think you could have done better with the money though. It's not a bad system though so that's the main thing :)
