Android studio home.jar

Hi, when I launch android studio I get the message "JAVA_HOME Points to JDK Rather Then JRE", what does this mean and how do I fix it? Various google have been useless.

What do you get from: echo %JAVA_HOME% ?

already found that, none has worked.
From the command I get:

At a guess, it may not be liking the spaces. I'd try installing the jdk in a path without spaces.

it still doesn't work
EDIT: if i search for tools.jar (over my whole PC) it doesn't exist, and this is after reinstaling both the JDK and the android dev kit

i have fixed it be reinstalling both programs to the deafault locations
