An error with the payment despite money leaving my bank account

Any idea what their number is their 0333 011 7000 number is just timing out

That is the correct number.
It may just be too many people calling, what with the GPU shortages and long wait times I think there are a lot of people calling, or its possible the phone system has thrown a hissy fit, I'd just keep trying when you can.

Yeah just got through to them was a lot shorter of a wait time than I expected(sub 10 mins), only bothered asking about invoice for now and will give the actual payment a few more days to keep the call shorter for others

Got the invoice sorted and now just waiting for PCS to acknowledge the payment as my bank already has
For me it took around 3 working days to clear the payment from Irish Bank, if I recall correctly in the end/mid of Jan this year. So just wait around a week and see. It should whether bounce back to your account or go through.

Yeah same for me payment is just gone through
