Right, btw is there a way to change to PO box on the invoice address, for some reason it only put in half of what i wanted, though the rest of the address is right and my other delivery is completely correct does it matter?You need to contact PCS as they are the only ones who can resolve it...may simply be a technical error or it may be a faulty message

Yeah I'll give them a call tomorrow I think probably best to try right in the morningIf you can, phoning will be a lot quicker, not sure how long the messaging system through your account will take, but I know emails have upto about a weeks turnaround at the mo (covid, supply shortages etc).
Edit: I believe when phoning, that first thing is probably the best time to get the shortest queue, but that may obviously change

Yeah I didn't know that just a bit nervous about this all, and yeah i paid by debit cardDebits work in two steps, the first ringfences the money, the second is the money being collected by the party thats being paid.
If the order hasnt gone through, which you can look at your PCS account to see as it shows you yours orders, it will still have ring fenced the money in your account and so wont show on your active balance.
If the order hasnt processed, then PCS arent going to have an authorisation token to pick up that money, so it stays in your account and the ringfencing basically times out, so the money reappears. Process can take a few days though, which is annoying, but nothing PCS can do about that. Thats just how debits work. Loosely speaking.

It happens sometimes, and its a failsafe in the debit system theres nothing you can do but wait. It can take a few days to release, but your money wont just vanish.
