Hi All, I am looking to build a PC to play games at 1440p 144Hz and will also be doing some editing on the side and I have never got a custom pc so I am pretty inexperienced and I am not sure if this build is over the top. (My maximum budget is £2300)

COOLERMASTER MASTERBOX MB530P RGB GAMING CASE
Overclocked CPU
Overclocked AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8 Core (3.9 GHz @ up to 4.4 GHz)

Windows 10 Home 64 Bit - inc. Single Licence [KUK-00001]

I have a few questions:
Whats the difference between the ROG STRIX GEFORCE RTX 2070 SUPER and the normal 2070 super? Is it worth getting the ROG Strix version or should I just put in another £40 and get the normal RTX 2080 SUPER instead of the ROG STRIX 2070 SUPER?
Whats the better motherboard?, ASUS® TUF X570-PLUS GAMING (USB 3.2 Gen 2, PCIe 4.0, CrossFireX) - RGB Ready! or the
ASUS® ROG STRIX X570-F GAMING (USB 3.2 Gen 2, PCIe 4.0) - RGB Ready! (not sure how to choose the motherboard)

Price: £2,140.00 including VAT and Delivery

Thank you for helping me!

ROG is the known ASUS card. The normal 2070 will likely be Palit or Zotac. You would need to call to see which card they had in stock at that particular time if you didn't order the ROG. It's too expensive IMO.

It fully depends on your monitor to ascertain which card is worth purchasing. I wouldn't likely recommend the ROG regardless.

The ROG Strix is the better motherboard, has VRM cooling and a few other nice features. You pay for them though. Any X570 board is excellent, you can't really go wrong.

WRT your build, I would consider the review spec that's available. It's a bit better and costs over £600 less...

It's a pre-defined spec. You can't make any changes to the spec or you lose the discount unfortunately. If it's out of stock, you could call and ask if they would substitute in the meantime.
