I have a 7850, and overclocked slightly as well, on 450W. No problems whatsoever. I used to have a 6870 and that's even more power hungry and still had no problems.

sorry to be a pain but does it matter that it says: SVGA/VGA when i search on images sgva looks like different connectors .

To expand on vanthus answer - there is a bit of confusion r.e. the use of the acronyms VGA and SVGA.
First, is the VGA port which you're on about here (https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/9/92/SVGA_port.jpg/250px-SVGA_port.jpg) - called a 15-pin dsub port officially, hence the confusion.

Also, among the myriad of displays there are in the world, there are a variety of resolutions used. Where a particular resolution is popular, it is given a name (also happens in the opposite direction). Both VGA and SVGA are names of resolutions - 640x480 and 800x600, respectively. This is where the confusion comes from.
Most of the important - i.e., named - resolutions are shown in this chart here (https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/e/e5/Vector_Video_Standards2.svg/960px-Vector_Video_Standards2.svg.png)
