Currently have a AOC 1080p 144hz gaming monitor, but looking to obtain a 1440p as soon as availability is better. Cannot find a 1440p at good price, and when i do, out of stock. So patience is not my game.
This build I am hoping that i can upgrade in the future as well as upgrading the gpu.
Most games I will be playing are fps and some strategy games. I am more a mature gamer who likes Hunt showdown and Hell let loose etc, but do venture into other games. So eventually with a better display I wont be looking for all the bells and whistles, so long as the fps is great and smooth. I am currently on console but sadly games or lack of on console dont suit me. I constantly see games I would like to play. I used to PC game a long time ago, so this is a big step up for me, hence why I have kept away from AM4 as I dont see future upgrade paths. Of course I would prefer a £1500 AM5 build, but I know this is not going to happen with current market pricing. I have picked this AMD GPU cause of the 12gb vram. I am keeping away from Nvidia due to research online as their price to performance dosent make sense. So all red.
I have all mouse and keyboard.
Any improvements are welcome, budget around £2000.
Not to sure about CPU coolers so picked the one below. Prefer the fan liquid cooling all the same.
