All in one PC

Hi want to know what the best specs to put into a all in one PC if I'm working on editing photos and video.

Are you sure you want an all in one system? Most RAM it can take is 32GB and I dont think any of the screens are higher res than 1080p in the PCS range.

No I don't want to use a mac and I would only be editing photos mostly. The odd video

That's a very low budget for video editing, normally you'd be looking around £2500 for a mid range system.
