Advice requested!

Currently contemplating the following build after some research. Any advice and recommendations are more then welcome.

Few questions:

1). In regards to the case I noted only the three front rgb fans were included if I understood the information correctly. With that in mind I tagged on 3 extra case fans of which I assume one will go on the rear, and the other two elsewhere (is this correct?). On that note are any of the other fans better? I'll likely be controlling everything via icue.

2). The desktop is hopefully planned to be used for Gaming at ultra Graphics, 1440p. Games such as RDR2 and Ark to name a few. Is 32GB RAM still considered enough for high graphical/ FPS gaming these days? Or would 64GB be better in the long run assuming the MB & chip would have no issues.

3). Lastly I'm curious to know if the motherboard, cpu, and psu could possibly handle an RTX 5090 upgrade in the future with the little info known about them.

What's your max budget? What monitor (make & model) will you pair with?

PCS normally pop in a cheap exhaust fan if one isn't specifically added, but if you want to ensure all the free fan mounts are populated then you'll have to add the 4 x AF120 kit, as that will put 3 in the side slots and 1 in the rear slot.

You definitely don't need the Arctic Thermal Paste, as the Corsair AIO comes with its own pre-applied stuff.

No budget limit, but I just don't see the 4090 worth the extra £600 price with the upcoming 50 series likely released next year.
As for monitor I'm still looking so recommendations welcome, again no budget.

Yeah the website says it only supports 3 more as the Cooling system uses 3, for a maximum of 6 all together. As for the Thermal Paste thanks for the heads up.

You mentioned a 1440p resolution; technically, a 4080SUPER is a 4K GPU. What resolution are you looking for?

Personally, I would never recommend a 4090 for a pure gaming PC unless you have money to burn. :)

It supports 10 x 120mm fans in total, however:
  • 3 front slots are populated with the included RGB fans
  • 1 rear slot is populated by the PCS included plain fan
  • 3 top slots will be used by the H150i AIO cooler
  • 3 'free' slots
So you'd have to configure the build with what the configurator will allow, and then chat/call PCS to change it manually (and possibly add notes to their system builder) to say you want 4 AF fans and one of them used in place of the black PCS exhaust fan.

It'd be the same process if you wanted to remove the included fans (although you wouldn't do that as you'd just pick the non-RGB case instead) and replace them all with the same type of fan for consistency.

Honestly I'd love to try 4k, but I've read that some games struggle to stay ultra Graphics and high fps compared to say 1440p which has it way easier. Though I do play a fair amount of campaign games, I often more then not play online games such as Ark, FFXIV, and shooters such as Destiny 2. From my own research many seem to recommend 1440p to have good graphics and keep high fps where needed. From what I've gathered 4K is usually around 60fps

Edit:
If I go 1440p then perhaps this:

Ultra settings are really only there to stress top-end GPUs anyway.
There's usually almost zero visual difference between Ultra and Very High, but the extra processing for Ultra bragging rights brings some current GPUs to their knees at 4K (even a RTX4090 in some cases).

Turn off all the 'experimental' stuff and you can have a relatively good 4K or ultrawide-1440p experience with a 4070Ti Super or 4080 Super.

Even though my 4090 'can' run above 60fps at 4K Ultra in most games, I prefer to play at a smoother frame rate at the expense of turning a couple of settings down a step or two using one of the youtube optimisation guides for that specific game.

Have a look at the latest Star Wars one on Hardware Unboxed, and you can see the 50% FPS loss by turning on their hidden 'Outlaw' setting (which is worse than Ultra).

Interesting info, thanks. I'll certainly keep note of it in future.
