Advice on Video editing laptop

I am looking for advice on spec below. I will be using the laptop to edit video on Vegas Pro 18. Source footage will be 4K but I will mainly be rendering to 1920. I will occasionally use the laptop for streaming. 3 cameras through Black Magic Design ATEM Television Studio Production Switcher. Probably to youtube as I have been having problems with Vimeo Livestream cutting out. Any advice on providers welcome. Most of my streaming is through Black Magic Mini Pro Iso Extreme so the Atem does the streaming. I can go a few hundred pounds higher if necessary. No gaming. Music production and recording with Allen and Heath QU24. And desktop publishing.

It's just standard copy and paste, any device supports it.

It's just a line of text at the bottom of the quote, the only difference is its a hyperlink, but that isn't OS dependent unless you're on a really old unsupported browser of some kind. What OS are you on?
