advice needed for a custom desktop build

I hope everyone are blasting through November! uhh oh, what ever that means
I'm a new user here, so if I missed something, or if I forgot to mention something my apologies.
I'm reaching out for some guidance as I'm about to build my first gaming desktop. Up until now, I've been using a laptop for years, but it's time for a change. I've decided to make the switch to a desktop as those tent to last longer, and feuture upgrades will be a breeze.
I'm visually impaired my self. I'm not too worried about monitors as it's just me who will use it, and I won't be needed to look at my screen. However, if it does affect gaming performance or something similar, I'm open to suggestions.
I'll primarily use the desktop for gaming, focusing on titles like The Last of Us 2, Forza Motorsport, Mortal Kombat 11, street fighter lineup, and other similar games. I might dabble in streaming in the future as well.
My budget is around £800, with a maximum stretch to £850. I've put together a configuration using the builder, but I'm sure there's room for improvement, especially since I've chosen a case somewhat randomly. I'm not a fan of RGB, so any suggestions for a non-RGB case would be great.
Here's what I'm considering:

I know this probably looks messy, that's why I came here to ask for some help.
Your advice on improving this build within my budget would be incredibly helpful.

I have a few questions to throw in while I'm at it Instead of creating another topic, I'll delete this if it's not allowed. Once I order a desktop, what should I expect in the box? Do I have to assemble anything, or is it a straightforward plug-and-play setup?

Hi Aloysius. Since you say that you won't be using the monitor, can I ask how you use these games? I'm aware there is a wide range of visual impairment and what it means you're able to do.

Given that you have modest graphics needs, this budget should be achievable. (Though the 710 is terrible: do not buy it!)

In the box, you can expect the PC tower itself and a box of accessories. This will contain the WiFi antennae, the power cable, manuals/warranties for various parts, and perhaps spare parts such as extra cables for the power supply. It is very easy to set up: plug everything in and off you go.

When I said I wont be using a monitor, it basicly what it says haha. as you realised, I'm visually impaired 100% blind that is. the games I've mentioned are playable as the creaters did added a quite a lot of accessibility features in to those games, if not, we use something called OCR to read the text, such as menus, in game text, etc, and audio queues, etc.
in this case, can you suggest an alternative Graphic Card? and any other modifications?

So in this case then I assume the game would still need to be rendered fully but graphical fidelity isn’t so important. So an entry level gaming card should suffice?

hello guys. I finally tweaked the parts a bit and i'm thinking to settel on this final build. I excluded the graphic card, as i'll be buying that on a later date. here is my final build. if you guys have any suggestions then, please let me know!
