Advice for friends build

Hi my friend is looking to build a PC so I've said to use PCS as I did too!

his budget is £1200 for the PC alone and it will be paired with a 144hz 1080p monitor.

He wants to play games such as fortnite, cod as well as streaming these games on twitch. & of course to be future proof for games coming out down the line. ive built this spec and wondering what input you guys can give to make some changes to keep it within budget but still be what hes looking for

All good apart from the case, I'd recommend the Fractal Focus G, it's the best budget case around and still within budget.
