Advice for friend

My friend is looking to get a new tower as his is 5 years old now so fancies upgrading. Please can you tell me if this build all looks okay together. He has a 27" 1080p Monitor and wants to be able to play WoW on max settings and also the new flight sim game when that eventually releases and also just generally future proof for a good 5 years. Also, he wants the option of a second screen to have to watch twitch etc whilst playing. His budget is £1500, any help is greatly appreciated. Only the Tower is required for this price.

What refresh rate is the monitor or make and model if you're unsure?

That screen is going to bottleneck any modern system. No need for more than the GTX1650 Super for it.

and I’d suggest the h100i as a minimum.

Yes, it’s overpowered really for gaming, but if it were me, I’d choose that processor also as it’s excellent value.
