Monitor I currently have a Samsung Odyssey AG700 LS28AG700NUXXU 120hz and 144hz . But have seen the ALIENWARE 27 GAMING MONITOR - AW2723DF 240hzand think It might be good for this build. (separate budget)

Looks pretty awesome to me. Not really sure I can recommend any upgrades to it. You could make an argument for an AIO cooler, but the DeepCool will be entirely adequate.

Build looks excellent.

With the monitors, are you moving from 4k to 1440p? I wouldn't overthink the refresh rate as you're highly unlikely to see anything past 120hz anyway, not to mention that if you turn on the eye candy you're not going to get near 240hz.

The 4k monitors aren't the best... but they are good, if you're looking for an upgrade I would probably consider an ultrawide. At least to make good use of the GPU.

Thank you for your response , Yes that was my plan, I currently play on 120hz at 4k (ps5) on my Samsung monitor. I do want a new faster display for my pc. I understand the difference can be mili seconds but I would like to experience this for myself and in game. I want to be able to play at as high fps as possible with decent picture quality. I will be looking to play more multiplayers titles (shooters). I understand for 4k I would be playing in considerably less fps but my thinking was saving this just for single player games, and using my Samsung monitor 144hz.
I did see the ASUS ROG Swift 360Hz online but this is out of my price range. I can't see too many options online but the AW2723DF does seem slightly better over Samsung 27 G75T. So not to sure?

I didn't consider an ultrawide they do look really good but I don't think its for me at the moment. I could consider this as an upgrade option in the future

There is a very common misconception with monitors, refresh rates, fps, etc.

There just ain't no way you're going to see the difference between 120hz and 240hz in-game. You would need to be absolute elite level to get there, and even then it's extremely marginal. The human eye can only really perceive around 100-120hz, everything after that is extrapolation, which is where the elite pro's gain their edge. You would genuinely need to be at the top of the pile to get any benefit whatsoever after the 120hz mark.

The PS5 ain't going to be outputting 120hz at 4k, it's just not. It has the ability to do it, technically, but in reality you're not going to be rattling out the frames without serious compromises.

I would take some time to consider what you really want from the system and what you think you would get the most joy from, I don't think FPS/HZ is the answer, it's just number chasing and pub talk. It doesn't help with 99.9% of peoples gaming performance. Inside that 99.9% the pepsi challenge proves that noone can even tell the difference from 144hz when gaming.
