What’s the issue? Can’t make it out on mine?Elimina 17.3" and cooling fan fresh out of the box.

Looks like a thin line of dead pixels from the top of the screen right down to the bottom. Plus the mesh is damagedWhat’s the issue? Can’t make it out on mine?
What Stevey said. Sorry for the crappy image quality. This morning was hectic. It has to be a delivery issue because I can't see PCS having shipped the items in this state. Also, is the battery supposed to be attached to the laptop upon arrival do you know? The returns video says to remove it but it came already slotted into the laptopWhat’s the issue? Shipping Lithium batteries can cause some headaches, it makes it easier to ship without. I think PCS are probably saying to remove it to make it easier for yourself. What Stevey said. Thanks for clarifying Stevey. I have removed the battery as advised in the video. Really don't want anything else to go wrong. Here's to hoping the turnaround with be quick and straighforward.Shipping Lithium batteries can cause some headaches, it makes it easier to ship without. It was likely damaged during transit but there's no real way of knowing that for sure either.
Hopefully they it sorted for you quickly mate, it's just a pain that
Shipping batteries as an integral part of equipment is generally acceptable - when they are loose it quickly gets much more complicated. Removing before a return is probably just to avoid any possible headaches at all.Shipping Lithium batteries can cause some headaches, it makes it easier to ship without. Huh?? I read the following as I need to redeem it on the machine I want to play it on (becaue it's tied to the GPU). Can I do it from my other machine? You don’t have to wait to redeem the code.
Oh apologies, I didn’t realise it needed to read the hardware ID of the device, that’s all new fangled stuff.Huh?? I read the following as I need to redeem it on the machine I want to play it on (becaue it's tied to the GPU). Can I do it from my other machine?
From PCS: "For digital promotions, please do not activate the code until you are using your new computer because you cannot use the code twice."
