Bought 2 Pc from PCS.
First one ordered on november 2020 arrived 1 month later in perfect conditions.
Ordered 2nd on december 2020, on april 2021 still waiting it I changed graphic card with an available one. Assembled, tested and sent within one week, I waited 10 days to have it (paied for 24h delivery). Opened package (no exterior scraps) I found: mobo installed not properly and crooked I couldnt use upper 4 usb ports, ssd nvme installed on wrong slot (not under mobo featured nvme cooler), wrong place installed case fans (2 upper, no rear).
Turned on the machine appeared a bios message which tells me to connect power cables to the video cards and the pc did not boot. I had to open case by myself, arrange mobo position, move ssd and fans to correct positions, reconnect video card power cables. Sent a lot of mails, asking how was possible to deliver a pc assembled and tested (tested? It didnt even turn on!) that way, complete of photos, I never received an answer with exhaustive expalnations, only cicumstance answers, also they never apologized for that mess. Asked more than 2 times for the 3 month warranty extension, they use to give after a review. Of course because they know I wound have given a bad review.
Really bad assembly job, no after sale service, really big problems of language (I'm italian speaking, they seem have no italian well speaking ppl who help properly).
Also sent me wrong link to write a review which redirect to laptop spec forum page and asked me to attach 3 photos: tried to attach a 7 mb photo it tells me its too large, tried to attach them anyway.
Worst experience ever.
Positive note? They refunded me the missed 24h delivery which I payer for.

This is not the point, can u see it? Don't really care about 3 month warranty extension after all the previous mess up.

As I replied to your post on the Italian forum:

I think it can happen everywhere and with everything to have a negative experience. In this case you can come here and seek for help or open RMA since you say you received the PC with a crooked motherboard.

I can make tons of examples, the easiest one is when you buy a new phone: you buy it, you unwrap it and it doesn't turn on. It can happen literally with everything.

I can clearly understand the frustration and the sadness of receiving a faulty product but there are things that can be done to get this fixed, you just seem not cooperative and not willing to do it.

This is only the last mistake they made, on purpose or not. I'm not looking for help to have solutions, already arranged by myself. I was only looking for a place to express my opinions on a really bad assembly and worse after sale services. That's it.

That's not what this forum is for, if you're upset, you need to speak with PCS. We can't do anything about that, none of us work for PCS and we're not customer services people.

We're here to help fix things.

If that's not what you're looking for, you may have more joy on Reddit or somewhere.

Are you sure that PCS didn't send you a link to this forum in order for you to seek some help with your issues? Despite not being run by PCS staff, the gang here are fantastic at helping customers avoid RMA's by walking them through solutions and fixes.

(However, I don't get the impression that help is actually what you're looking for......)

Again, I wrote not on purpose. I followed a link they sent me to review the pc. That link made my review posted here. They sent me a wrong link. I don't know in which other way to write it.

Ok, I'm going to lock this thread, I would suggest if you need to vent find a review site or somewhere like Reddit.

This forum is not the place for it.

You're of course welcome to start a new thread if you want any help with anything, but this thread is kind of pointless.
