5GHz Wifi not showing up

My new desktop from PC Specialist arrived today and the issue I've had so far is not being able to connect to my 5GHz wifi. It recognises my 2.4GHz connection only. I have an AX200 wifi card

Any idea on how to solve this?

Hi @mefys Have you plugged in the two antenna onto the card (if not do so first and recheck) - appreciate this may seem obvious but lots of people forget to do so

Are you perhaps too far away from your router to get 5Ghz signal? You can easily check by moving the PC closer and seeing if it can connect to the 5Ghz band.

Can you confirm for sure you're 5GHz band is on and active from your router?

Oh right I forgot about the antenna! I will do so now and check if it works.
