Looking at the spec you've posted above, you're purchasing from Ireland and looking for the whole shabang? If that's the case then the below is what I'd recommend.Well it's currently about 3000€, it's flexible but let's not push it too much I'd say
For your other accessories- The monitor will come with the cables it requires, I'd recommend sticking to a headset for gaming, if you'd prefer speakers then I'd spend a bit more than the Z200's and if you need a decent webcam I'd pick up a Logitech C920, PCS has this but their price doesn't seem fantastic.

CORSAIR iCUE 4000X RGB Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX Case 220T is not a huge case, so just gone with a slightly bigger one, Corsair 4000D, Lian Li 215 and Cooler Master TD500 are also good options
Processor (CPU)
Intel® Core™ i5 10-Core Processor i5-12600K (3.7GHz) 20MB Cache I wouldn't touch the top end of 11th gen Intel with a barge pole, especially now 12th gen is out. The 12600K is a fantastic performer and probably the gaming CPU to have right now.

ASUS TUF GAMING VG27AQZ 27" 4K is great, but 60hz isn't. Currently 4K 144hz is big money, so I'd recommend a step down to 1440p but up in refresh by going 144hz, it's what is the current sweetspot for gaming.
