Hi guys, I am planning to buy this spec and pair it up with 27GL850-B 27" 2560X1440 NANO IPS 144HZ 1MS FREESYNC/G-SYNC COMPATIBLE WIDESCREEN LED GAMING MONITOR. Can you please comment on this spec (particularly worried about power supply, motherboard that would be good for future upgrades, cooling and case). Some people say that airflow is not so good in this case. Any suggestions, recommendations? Thank you!

We love you Ukraine
I would personally swap the RAM for 2 x 16 sticks.

I would also up the PSU to the RMx version, just a better PSU for the build

I'd also up the wifi card to the next version up which is only an extra 10er I think.

Just on the gaming side, you can happily reduce the GPU to the RTX2080 Super without affecting performance and save yourself a bundle.

Not sure if there's a misunderstanding with 4k, that's not a 4k gaming monitor?

As well as the above I would select a larger and faster M2 drive over the SSD you have selected.

Hi Scott,

Sorry for the confusion, I've got a separate 4k monitor that I use for editing, however I want to buy 27GL850-B 27" for gaming. Thank you for the m2 drive recommendation, I upgraded to barracuda. I also have my own two 2tb ssd that will go nicely. I will go with RTX2080 Super instead of Ti.

Did you mean "firecuda"?

Hi guys, thank you all for your reply. I purchased my pc, my final build is:

Case
CORSAIR CRYSTAL SERIES 680X RGB GAMING CASE
Processor (CPU)
AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12 Core CPU (3.8GHz-4.6GHz/70MB CACHE/AM4)
Motherboard
ASUS® ROG STRIX X570-F GAMING (USB 3.2 Gen 2, PCIe 4.0) - ARGB Ready!
Memory (RAM)
32GB Corsair VENGEANCE RGB PRO DDR4 3200MHz (2 x 16GB)
Graphics Card
8GB NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2080 SUPER - HDMI, 3x DP GeForce - RTX VR Ready!
1st M.2 SSD Drive
250GB SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS M.2, PCIe NVMe (up to 3500MB/R, 2300MB/W)
Power Supply
CORSAIR 750W RM SERIES™ MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD, ULTRA QUIET
Power Cable
1 x 1 Metre UK Power Cable (Kettle Lead)
Processor Cooling
Corsair H115i RGB PLATINUM Hydro Series High Performance CPU Cooler
Thermal Paste
STANDARD THERMAL PASTE FOR SUFFICIENT COOLING
LED Lighting
2x 50cm RGB LED Strip
Sound Card
ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)
Wireless/Wired Networking
WIRELESS INTEL® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 2,400Mbps/5GHz, 300Mbps/2.4GHz PCI-E CARD + BT 5.0
USB/Thunderbolt Options
MIN. 2 x USB 3.0 & 2 x USB 2.0 PORTS @ BACK PANEL + MIN. 2 FRONT PORTS

P.s. Case seemed to be in stock when I ordered it. I will order two Light Enhancement Kits ( fake RAM ) and put in extra 2 SSD that I've got (2TB each). I went for M.2. as a system drive (250GB is more than enough for system and programmes).

I don’t think so, hmm strange. I just clicked checkout and paid. So should I call you guys on Monday and choose a different case? Pity as I really like that case, but August 22 is quite a long way, I need a new pc for my work in late July ideally. Another option is I can buy this case on amazon and forward it to your address?

Suggested build by @Nursemorph was more apt with the storage selections. 250GB isn't going to be anywhere near enough for your uses. The suggested 250GB drive was for a scratch drive, there was a 1TB firecuda for the main drive (Windows, programs & Gaming).

If you check your order on your orders page, or possibly even the confirmation email, it should state any date limitations from your order (I believe).
