I'm not sure "improvements" are really possible. I'd actually suggest a few downgrades because, even with this kind of budget/system, there's no point spending money for no end.

• Remove the special thermal paste: the cooler comes with it already
• Remove the extra fans: they're not great quality and your build already has six fans.
• I'd suggest the combination of a 500GB (or 1TB to be indulgent) 530 primary drive and a 2TB 520 secondary drive. The speed benefits for the game drive are so minimal as to not be worthwhile, while 500GB is all you need/want for a primary boot drive.

im using a rtx 3070 with the i7 and its working great with at 144hz with a smasung g5 monitor

allso if using asus motherboard use armourycrate app

and why in heck would you use 2 sepearte
SSD drives and a sata drive

your putting a lot of coin into too much that wont help you in any way

Well we don’t know what monitor the OP will be using. If 4K, a 3080 is the right choice. And they’ve got a nice storage setup, one fast SSD for OS, larger one for games and the two HDD for archive, data. And by keeping to 3Tb and not a single larger HDD, they keep the 7200 rpm rather than dropping to 5400rpm

The only negative with the HDD is that at idle, they’ll be loudest component in the system.

Similar reasoning to above. I would probably opt for DDR4 too. Unless you plan on upgrading the RAM speed/timings when the offerings mature. Right now the performance gains are so minimal, even with the highest end options.
