Spoke with PCS on the phone earlier and pulled the trigger on the 6700XT as they said they had some in stock today.

Hope you'll go into build as soon as possible man. I would have changed that motherboard tho, with the TUF B550 :)

Not a huge difference. TUF supports 2.5ghz ethernet. 1 more M.2 slot (3) and may have the slight edge in temps - but with a 5600X, there is nothing really to worry about.
