1 long beep, 3 short beeps and "no signal" showing on monitor

Hi - I'm the dad of a 16 year old boy and have just bought him his first gaming PC. He started playing it yesterday and after a few hours the signal to the monitor just disappeared. Every time we switch the computer back on, the monitor shows about 5 seconds of boot-up image and then disappears again. It was an off-the-shelf purchase from Currys. We are absolute novices.... I've done some research on this forum and it seems like the specs of the computer are important to establish what could be wrong - so I've copied them below. We've established that it isn't the MSI monitor or the HDMI cable. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can just take it back to the shop of course, but just wondering if there is an easier fix. Thank you for any assistance...

The beep code suggests a graphics card issue, which would obviously fit in line with the lack of display.

It's possible the GPU has come loose in transit.

The first thing I would do is register the PC with PC Specialist. All you'll need to do is show them proof of purchase and they will give you access to an online account where you can access support etc.
