I’ve merged your posts so people can see the history.

The only highlight may be the PSU, that’s quite a hungry build especially as with your workflow it’s going to be heavily stressed for extended periods. I’d suggest perhaps a 850w RMX PSU. This is a much higher quality PSU that will suit the workload better and give you some good headroom for future expansion.

I don’t think it will increase cost by much but will add a lot in terms of longevity and stability.

Questions:
1. Not sure if there is a benefit from having two separate M.2 SSDs;
2. I have upgraded GC to 8GB NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2070 SUPER - HDMI, 3x DP GeForce - RTX VR Ready! to enable 4K with 4K monitor (to be purchased separately).
3. Not sure if I should go for wi-fi motherboard as I should have a lan connection; the network card with the BT add on is now not available until the end of October, so not sure if it is best to enhance the motherboard to wi-fi enabled and bring down the network to pure lan?
4. Power supply and cooling ok?
5. That's it I think..

This might be a bit late/at a tangent, but for myself, considering I do a complete mix of things from gaming to 3D Modelling etc, if I was spending £3.2K, I'd probably go for:

AMD Ryzen 3900X - The 12 Core CPU is a productivity monster, it's a touch behind the 9900K in some games, but it's marginal and software and games are starting to become more optimised to take advantage of more cores/threads.
RTX2080Ti - some say it's over priced, but it's the quickest out there, has more CUDA Cores (good when apps use those for accelerating intensive tasks) and is a bit jump ahead.

Here's a quick alternative with the above in it with minor changes
- 1 x 8TB HDD, I wouldn't use mechanical drives as working/scratch drives, and the 8TB Drives perform well, I use them on my NAS.
- I couldn't add a second 1TB M.2 Drive (no option, despite hte motherboard supporting it)
- I went for faster RAM (helps performance)., although I think 64GB Is overkill, I use 32GB for very heavy productivity workloads with no issues, it's almost never 100% used.
- I added a bit of an overkill motherboard.
- Bumped up the PSU to 750W.

But, I'd honestly save a bit and
- Drop the RAM to 32GB (you can upgrade later if you did get a need for more)
- Reduce the motherboard to a good capable board but not paying the premium.

3900X for me with 32GB of RAM. No point in 64GB, that's just massive overkill.

Drop the Gel paste compound. The Corsair units have excellent paste on them and you don't need to worry about PCS manually applying it (leaves a lot to be desired).

I would stick with 2 4TB drives, if one fails you don't lose everything. 2x M2 drives may be overkill though, depends on your use. If it's a scratch drive there's no reason to have it 1TB, I would like to think that 256GB would be plenty.
