Any reason you didn't choose the 9900k over the 9700k?

There are a few things I don't understand:

1/. The hard drive setup seems odd, not sure why the 5400rpm drive, they really are slow.

2/. The screens, they seem very low quality for the work you'll be doing, surely a purpose designed (ie visual media) monitor at 4k over say 32" would be more suitable, it would be the same screen realestate.

For the kind of stuff you’re doing if those are your main monitors then I’d advise not buying them.

You don’t get much on a 1080p screen and I’d argue a single 4K with good colour control would be a better purchase.

I'd also maybe go up to the H115i Pro Cooler (Shame they don't do the H115i Platinum), more cooling is always welcome, and leads to a quieter PC in any given situation.

Could you recommend a nice set of monitors? Maximum width 1.2m.

The PC will be housed in the attic room so likely to get slightly warmer than usual.
