I see, amazing graph by the way. So a 7900XT would also be a great choice. I must admit having a preference for AMD now, and it's often cheaper compared to nvidia / intel. So I will probably pick one between the 7800 and 7900
Very interesting !
Is the airflow on the corsair 5000X that much better ? Because I like the "quiet" aspect of the Define 7. If it is I guess I will swap !
If we put Ray Tracing aside then the better option would be the 7800XT right ? I will have to make up my mind about that.
Thank you very much for your feedback, and the enlightenment regarding the motherboard. It is much appreciated ! I will probably head back for the x870 then and probably downgrade the gpu. As well as wait for a 9800X3D if I get the chance
Updated cooling from H100i Elite to H115i Elite for the 280mm radiator (still unsure)
Updated motherboard from ASUS TUF GAMING X870-PLUS WIFI to X670-P WIFI, I realized I might have gone overboard with my first choice.
It also seems like a 7900XTX for my current monitor would be too much, but...
Good day everyone, I would like to buy a new PC in the near future, I'm kind of a noob to all this so I appreciate your help and feedback !
I'm french and live in France, so keep that in mind regarding the final price of the config and taxes. So far it's around 3 000 euros (little bit more)...
I'll be honest I didn't really check, I just had the pop-up recommendation for the PSU. Surely the config is nowhere near this amount yet but the price increase is reasonable and again we're also planning for future upgrades so it's fine either way, 1000W was the first choice.
We will probably...
I decided to follow your recommandation and went for the H115i iCUE Capellix, I also increased the PSU from 850W to 1000W due to the increase in power needed, and to have room for future upgrades.
Noted.
I edited my original post with the updated configuration, the only thing I'm really waiting for now is some insight on the GPU, and I think that will be all !
Hey !
Thanks for you answer.
We already have a SSD dedicated to the OS, so that's not something we have to worry about.
I took note of you remark regarding the cooling and the case, and we will go for the Corsair 4000D.
And for the cooling, would a CORSAIR ICUE LINK H100i RGB HIGH PERFORMANCE...
So, after revision this is what would the final configuration look like :
Case
CORSAIR 4000D AIRFLOW TEMPERED GLASS GAMING CASE

So I'd actually be better off choosing a 6700XT over a 3600Ti without really losing anything performance wise ?
The only thing that scares me is that I never had an AMD before, only Nvidia. I'm used to the Nvidia control panel, and GeForce experience app etc.. So is there anything I should...
Don't worry ahah, I will go for the 3060Ti then.
I take note !
Also, I have a question regarding motherboard, is the Asus Gaming TUF B650-Plus really sufficient ? What are my options for a good motherboard in the same configuration (although with the 3060ti), even if I know it will break the...
Thank you for the configuration. With the taxes the 3070 actually breaks the budget, 2250€. The 3060Ti bring me down to 2090€, the actual price difference between the 2 card is not that great, is it really worth it to get the 3070 over the 3060 and thus expanding my budget a little bit ?

Ideally 2000 max, monitor is 144hz 1080 as of yet but I plan on getting a 1440p as soon as I can. It's a Samsung Odyssey g3 if I'm not mistaken (I'm not home right now), and I don't know where to get you a link I'm afraid.
