I couldn't find how to whitelist specific sites but I was able to list a different browser as an exception and I can now access the forum using that browser. That is less hassle (and safer) than having to turn the VPN on and off.
I get blocked from the forum when I try to access it using a VPN (Mozilla VPN), even when I am logged in. This is a real nuisance for me. I don't suppose there is a way around this besides turning the VPN everytime I want to access the forum and then navigating back to the page I was trying to...
