I'm not sure if that's a typo but the Z690 is not a graphics card it's a motherboard. To me your spec looks ok but I see you'll be playing MSFS at high res....it would make a significant difference if you could stretch to a 3080 graphics card, MSFS eats GPU VRAM.

I did ask PCS via email if when they'd have ATX 3.0 psu's available to spec in their configurable pc's and the answer was they don't know, just keep a check online in the pc configurator.

your cpu is old, i have the same, but when VR gaming (I am too) we are gaming at resolutions of 4k and beyond. the gpu makes the most difference in this case so if it's a choice between cpu or gpu upgrade, you'd be better off upgrading your gpu to a 3080/3080ti/3090 nvidia card. your psu is...
