Ordered 😄 thanks for the heads up. It's working at the moment now ive attached the additional cable. Just downloading Silent Hill 2. Hopefully I see some decent improvements with this card.

Hi Guys. Hope you all well.. Finally received my 5080 but unfortunately the cable adapter for the PSU requires 3 connections and there were only 2 used for the 3080. I can see on some of the cables there are connectors which weren't used for 3080. Do I simply use one of the unused connectors?

Ah thanks both of you! I have been looking around for a 5800x3d but they're £350 second hand, which is expensive for a second hand used chip. Yeah I'm hoping the 5080 will push my monitor further. I'm not aiming for high FPS, just beautiful graphics and story telling gaming. Thanks again...

Ah man I just can't get into this at all. By the way my system runs this really well and is similar to yours. I just don't like the first person mode and the controls feel clunky.
