Done. They all appear and feel home but the problem is still there upon trying again

I received my brand new pc the other day and have just done an unboxing stream to find that it is defective. When switching on the PC beeps, PC logo comes up but after that the screen is black but I can move the cursor still. Can anyone help with this please?
