Computer returned - reported GPU faulty. Fixed issue - monitor is functioning.

It's really surprising to be honest - the card looks so robust as if it could stand a bit of beating. But what do I know.

I have called technical support - I'll be sending it back to them to figure out what the root cause is. Mentioned the issue with the wiring. Many thanks for all the help.
