Looks like it is a monitor issue, I found this reddit thread with people having the same issue -
I'm ordering a new higher quality displayport cable which will hopefully fix the issue for me.
The headset is running from USB C, I don't know if that would make any difference.
I will test with HDMI instead of display port to see if that helps at all, but the monitor had been running fine from my laptop until my PC arrived.

I got my new PC on Friday, and have been getting brief but frequent black screens. These occur mostly when in games, however have occured on a few occasions when just using Chrome. The blackscreens can occur anywhere from a couple of minutes apart to not getting one for an hour or more...

The Samsung 980 definitely seems highly rated so I've put it in, alongside the 1TB Seagate Barracude 120 SSD, as my budget doesn't quite stretch to a second M.2 at this stage, but I'll definitely look at adding one as an upgrade in the near future if I find...

I think I'm currently leaning towards including an M.2 drive, but have done less research into the options.
Do you know if the Seagate Firecuda is a good option, or am I better off going with another brand?
