@Gimmles No unfortunately not. I'm driving my computer up yo PCS Warehouse and leaving it with them. You might be able to try calling them and updating the BIOS system over the phone and see if that works. I think my hardware has more issued though, hence the journey. Will let you know

Thanks for that. I have spent quite a while trying to work through the options. It still seems unlikely to me there is a physical problem with the hardware... Especially given the amount it is tested before it leaves the warehouse
