I’m after a laptop that is capable of running Lightroom and photoshop efficiently. I believe both softwares are heavy on CPU usage.
I do have a spec that is configured but if anyone has any input or advice I’d greatly appreciate it. My budget is around £1,200 but willing to stretch it a little...
Figured I’d do a one year update of the pc, well it was one year in October but who cares.
I had to get the cooler replaced in the December but everything is all fine and dandy now…next step is possibly upgrading PSU and GPU!
Not much to say really but the PC is still running great!
I am a young lady! But you are very much welcome, enjoy your flight. 🤣 I remember having this issue when I installed the game the first time, very frustrating.
There is a niggling issue with MSFS2020 and I believe your problem is because you lack the US language pack.
Go to Settings on the computer and then go to Time & Language then click Language and then you can click Add a Language, choose the US Language Pack and install all included in that...
If the motherboard supports RGB fans it would say “RGB ready” or “ARGB ready” but you can get controller boxes with some fans that can be used for motherboards that don’t support RGB.
I would perhaps try unplugging and replugging in the micro usb cable from the cooler and then look at the SATA connection and double check that.
@Nursemorph I think the only things that would be attached to that is the case fans, so if this is the case then OP should give the Masterplus software...
So it doesn’t show up at all in iCue? Perhaps give a reinstall of iCue a go, the cables for the fans will be behind the motherboard if you wanted to take a look at those!
To me it seems like the usb cable connecting to the pump is loose, give it a little wiggle to make sure it’s pushed all the way in. But it’s quite hard to see because the photos are upside down!
So the software that controls your fan lighting (not the AIO) should be Armoury Crate from Asus; as for iCue not detecting your AIO, I would double check the wiring of the fans which is usually located at the back of the case behind the motherboard, Corsair cables and connectors all link...
Another update: I’ve been having some issues with Razer Synapse and Corsair iCue clashing for whatever reason. I’d get random freezing at the login screen on windows and then it would black screen and take me back to the log in screen. I eliminated iCue as when I spoke on the phone to a very...
I’ve got a single fan Palit 2060, no overheating issues and it’s rather quiet as well. I haven’t seen it hit over 70c and once I’m done with a game it quickly cools down to a nice 26c. It’s my first Palit card and I’m impressed.
PC update after one month:
Things are still running as they should, I did reset the pc a few weeks ago because a few things were not working as they should etc etc. But everything is running fine now and I’m pretty much all set up! I’m still fiddling with lighting on my cooler, I can’t seem to...
