I got it from Amazon, but I rang them before I had bought it and they didn't say if I got it from them it'd be ok so I'm just going by what i heard from PCS.
I'm Irish and also use Amazon Germany, I don't know the reason why we use it but I suppose its just the next biggest one if you know what i mean? I would guess it has more products so more availability but I don't really know to be honest.
Personally I hate the feel of PlayStation controllers, they're way too thin. With an Xbox controller I feel its much more comfortable and doesn't feel like you're grabbing two pencils.
Yes the packaging can be a bit on the light side. My machine arrived working perfectly and nothing was damaged although the cardboard box's handles had torn up and left two large holes on either side. I'm not sure what solution there could be to this issue that seems quite common but hopefully...
i have more good news for you, a week or two ago someone who bought from PCS had their PC waiting to go through customs for a few days. so yours could end up being the same. theres long delays at customs recently

Just to let you guys know, I ordered an AMD Radeon rx6800 yesterday evening as an upgrade and it has been shipped this morning, even though it shows them as out of stock on the website
